Participant Cancellations:

 

Cancellation More Than 60 Days Before Retreat Start Date:

   - Full refund minus a processing fee of $50.

 

Cancellation 30-60 Days Before Retreat Start Date:

   - 50% refund of the total retreat cost.

   - Option to transfer the booking to another person at no additional cost.

 

Cancellation Less Than 30 Days Before Retreat Start Date:

   - No refund.

   - Option to transfer the booking to another person at no additional cost.

 

Organizer Cancellations:

 

If the Retreat is Canceled by the Organizer:

   - Full refund of all payments made by participants.

   - An option to transfer the payment to a future retreat.

 

Force Majeure:

   - In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies, the organizer reserves         the right to reschedule or cancel the retreat.

   - Full refund of all payments made by participants or option to transfer to a future retreat.

 

Additional Terms:

 

Travel Insurance:

   - Participants are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance that covers cancellations, emergencies, and health-related issues.

 

Notification:

   - All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

   - The date of the email receipt will be considered the cancellation date.

 

Transfer of Booking:

   - If a participant wishes to transfer their booking to another person, they must notify the organizer at least 7 days before the retreat start date.

   - The new participant must provide all necessary information and accept the terms of the retreat.

 

Deposit Policy:

   - A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total retreat cost is required to secure a booking.

   - This deposit is included in the refund calculations.
